Since 1992, Rose Marie has been involved in various aspects of public accounting including: -Auditing public companies, manufacturing companies, various municipal entities, hospitals, and not-for-profit organizations. -Providing consulting and accounting services for owner-managed businesses including farms, professionals, trades, retail, construction, and manufacturing businesses. -Assisting clients in buying and selling businesses. -Advising clients on implementing internal control systems and efficient office systems. -Assisting clients in selecting and implementing computerized accounting programs. -Preparing and consulting on business plans, including cash flow projections. -Consulting on tax planning alternatives for clients, both for personal and corporate tax. -Providing estate planning advice to clients. -Assisting clients with payroll and GST issues.

Since Rose Marie is personally involved in several diverse family businesses with her husband, she provides clients with an insight from the business owner's perspective.

She is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan. Her involvement in the community includes Past President and current member of the Red Deer Leads Exceutive, Past Chairperson and founding member of Independent Achievers, Past Treasurer of the Red Deer Childcare Society, and Past Treasurer of the United Way of Central Alberta.
